The best headtracking on the market. Extremely precise, light, the battery lasts as promised, so far the sensations are very good. Without a doubt a very good product
I bought this to get rid of the annoying wire that connects to the pro clip. This device is plug and play easy and gets the job done. Bye bye wire!
I've had TrackIR for many years. This is the best solution to make it bearable without being tied to super thin cables and cheap plastic (like the pro clip).
Totally recommended. The only thing to be aware is that you need a 5v 1A charger. Old iPhone or Android chargers were always like that. And no, you can't and shouldn't use a different rated one. The seller explained this to me in great detail and there are valid reasons for this restriction. You don't want a hot lithium battery next to your head. :)
Super recommended if you prefer tracking instead of VR and already have TrackIR but want to get rid of the cables or your probably semi-broken by now clip pro.
As good if not better than any other emitter like it on the market. Blows the TrackClip Pro out of the water in terms of quality and usability.
It does the things, as advertised. It is way more smooth than the factory TrackIR emitter.
Works very with the track ir sensor and love the no wires that comes with the pro version and uses a type c usb charging cable.
Received about a week ago and have tested in about 3 sessions of DCS for about a total of 10 hours. Had to remake my curves but once that was done the difference is night and day. I was using standard trackir hatclip but this is like a whole new experience. It does not lose track at any angle and the precision is much better.
If you were looking for a straight upgrade over standard head tracking; look no further. I have already instructed my friends to order one so get ready for some more orders, RJSIMTECH!
My original Natural Point IR Track Clip Pro is of course wired, but the fastening system is very weak and it falls off all the time. I was less interested in a wireless option and more interested in one that fastens more durably - and RJ SimTech's offering did not disappoint. Two suggestions would make it even better though. First, is sell it with the very particular wall charger and cable. If that's a logistical nightmare or would drive the cost up too much, then simply list some links to combos that would work without damaging the unit. The second suggestion is to use two sided velcro / hook and loop rather than the existing strap with limited hook and loop coverage and a buckle. The reason I'm suggesting two sided hook and loop, as then - you have more flexibility in the size of head strap band it's wrapping around. Minor issues all in all. Performance wise though, my RJ Simtech Track Star RS Ultralight - works better than my original Natural Point Track Clip Pro. I have FULL range of motion with my RJ Simtech Track Star, where as my Natural Point Track Clip Pro was skewed and had some bizare deadzones. In fairness to Natural Point though, their Track Clip Pro might have better performance if they simply had a more robust fastening system. However, they don't - and RJ Simtech's Track Star beats it out - hands down. I've also had a chance to put it through a 14 hour gaming session without any issues in terms of the battery dying. If you want a Track IR / Head Motion Tracking Device that reliably and smoothly works and doesn't create quirky dead zones and robustly fastens to your headset, then you simply cannot beat RJ Simtech's IR Tracker RS Ultralight. Great shipping, communications and service too!! Thanks!! :)
So much more accurate than any unit I have tried before
So far so good
Quality piece of kit
I have been looking for a good wireless solution to TrackIR for a while now. What's the point in having a wireless headset if I'm still tethered to the TrackIR, was frustrating. Anyways the material and build quality of this product is absolutely amazing. Sturdy, won't bust anything with a gentle desk nock or a tiny drop, mounted to my Sony Inzone H9's perfectly, and the precision of the sensors it self seems better, tracks much better. If you want a wireless TrackIR solution, this is a no brainer.
The creator who I have to imagine is insanely busy now with production now was kind enough to answer a few questions via email in a very timely manner. They care about their product, as they should.
Awesome but it toke a little longer to receive it in Hawaii
Cannot complain about a single aspect. Nothing trackir pro clip does this can't do better.
I replaced my TrackIR Pro and it took maybe 5 minutes to install. Only a few minor changes in the settings, very plug & play. It does not have to be in the perfect position to prevent blind spots. In fact, I have not found a head position where it freezes... without standing up of course. :) I highly recommend it.
