Great customer service, they answered all my questions about the product which works way better than my old headset.

If this was only the mount you should buy it. This is a brilliant design from a usability perspective as well as a great visual addition to your simpit. The mount is solid. Once you set it up it is going nowhere. The cam is great. Easy to focus and very fast response time and resolution. Works great on a Mac as well as a PC. The support is amazing never a long wait. Soon this site will have extensive instructions for setting up the Open Source software. I have the headtracker and the cam and man what an improvement from the previous equipment I was using.

Title says it all - its self contained, sexy, lightweight, fits any headset, works better than the stock TrackIR proclip in terms of aspect capture (you can turn your head farther around and TrackIR still sees the TrackStar). Charger is USB C which is super convenient.

Great price, would recommend this to literally anyone who uses any head track application for any PC game.

There are less expensive tracking Ir leD head sets available. This is rechargeable and nearly indestructible. Outstanding design and perfect execution makes this the best there is. If TrackIr was paying attention they would buy this design and include it with their product

Been using track clip pro for nearly a decade now. After trying to keep it functioning after so long, I gave up and looked for an alternative (this). I immediately saw a major improvement in tracking over the Pro. The biggest benefit being the fact the LEDs stick out a bit more and allow for much more tracking capability. The tack clip pro would not track if I tilted my head beyond something like 10 degrees due to the LEDs being inset in the device. This product has not only fixed that problem, but is also wireless which is fantastic. I was hesitant about jumping on this one, but I do not regret it at all. This is a true upgrade to the track clip pro, not just an alternative.

Got it a couple weeks ago and can comfortably say it is a great upgrade from the original TrackIr clip.

Very good product was worth the cost. IR tracker was little quircky this wireless headset fixed that issue. Thank You for your efforts !

I have been using the Track IR5 Head Tracker and Hat Tracker until I received the IRTrackStar RS Ultralight. The IR Trackstar is by far hands down the best head tracker on the market. I have been using it for a solid week now and it's performance well exceeds any thing I have used in the past. This thing does not miss a beat and the battery life is amazing. Ease of use and comfort are parallel to it's performance. You will not be disappointed purchasing the IRTrackstar and the price is spot on.

I did a double take when I opened mine… “I thought this was 3D-printed…”. Well, it is, but comes off like something out of a high quality production line upon first glance. This helped me iron out kinks in my TrackIR profile that I just never seemed able to dial in.

I bought this to get rid of the annoying wire that connects to the pro clip. This device is plug and play easy and gets the job done. Bye bye wire!

I've had TrackIR for many years. This is the best solution to make it bearable without being tied to super thin cables and cheap plastic (like the pro clip).

Totally recommended. The only thing to be aware is that you need a 5v 1A charger. Old iPhone or Android chargers were always like that. And no, you can't and shouldn't use a different rated one. The seller explained this to me in great detail and there are valid reasons for this restriction. You don't want a hot lithium battery next to your head. :)

Super recommended if you prefer tracking instead of VR and already have TrackIR but want to get rid of the cables or your probably semi-broken by now clip pro.

As good if not better than any other emitter like it on the market. Blows the TrackClip Pro out of the water in terms of quality and usability.
